• Account information: email, username, and password (encrypted)
• Page content: text, images, and links you upload to your SmartByo page
• Usage data: page view statistics (visit counts, device, traffic source) for the Analytics feature
• Payment information: fully processed and stored by Paddle (our payment partner) — SmartByo never receives or stores your card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing and operating the SmartByo service
• Processing Pro subscription payments
• Sending important notices related to your account
• Improving and developing new features

3. Third Parties We Use

To operate SmartByo, we work with the following service providers:

• Supabase — database and storage for account/content data
• Vercel — web application hosting
• Paddle — Pro subscription payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes requests for the AI Assistant feature (text you submit to this feature is sent to Anthropic for processing)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures (password encryption, database access controls) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

5. Cookies

SmartByo uses cookies to keep your login session active and for basic analytics purposes. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work optimally.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your account data at any time through settings
• Request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

7. Children's Privacy

SmartByo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
